Good afternoon! One of the best things about making cards is being able to create something that is specifically for the recipient. This card is going to someone whose favorite color is purple!
The paper, once again, was from my scrap box. The stamps were from the Close To My Heart Artiste bundle, and I used Close To My Heart pigment ink.
What are you creating today?

Classy Doily Anniversary Card
Hello Friends!
We have family friends who are celebrating over 60 years of marriage. They deserve an extra special card! I created this one using Close To My Heart's "Classy Doily" stamp (B1424), which is compatible with the Artiste cartridge. I cut it from four different colors of cardstock, stamped them with black pigment ink, and heat embossed them with iridescent embossing powder.
I then cut each one down at a different area and mounted them with foam tape. The banner shape is from the Artiste cartridge (pg. 58). The argyle patterned paper is from my scrap box and the Happy Anniversary stamp is an old one. Manufacturers for both of these unknown. (Sorry!) Black pen "stitching" was done with a Zig fine tip pen.
This cold Ohio weather is great for staying indoors and crafting. Go create something wonderful today!
